Reiki is often referred to as the universal life energy, a vibration that is inherent in all living beings in nature. When this life force flows freely through us, we experience a sense of physical and mental well-being and are aware of our current life situation. However, when energy blockages form in our energy field, they can affect our body, mind, and soul. Possible symptoms can manifest themselves in the form of digestive or menstrual problems, persistent insomnia or exhaustion as well as depression or anxiety. In the worst cases, we lose contact with ourselves and don't know what to do next.
Many reasons can lead to energy blockages, such as stress, trauma, negative thoughts, and unhealthy lifestyle habits. Diseases only manifest themselves after these blockages have built up in our energy field. With the help of Reiki, these energy blockages can be released, and the body's natural self-healing powers can be reactivated.
During a Reiki session, I channel healing energy through my hands into your body to help restore your inner balance. Many people report feeling improved well-being, clearer thinking, and reduced pain afterward. You can see their relaxation in their facial expressions and the renewed sparkle in their eyes. For those who struggle with insomnia and find it hard to unwind, Reiki can serve as a natural sleep aid.

Pure Reiki
Cost: 75 € | Duration: 90 minutes | Karlsruhe
A Pure Reiki session begins with a brief introductory talk, where I’ll explain what Reiki is and how the session will unfold. You’ll have the opportunity to share your needs, allowing me to tailor the session to suit you. I incorporate crystals and aromatherapy into my practice, and if you wish, you can intuitively select the crystals that resonate with you.
During the session, you’ll lie comfortably on the massage table while I play relaxing music. I’ll scan your aura, place the appropriate crystals on your body, and position essential oils nearby to support the energy work. I will guide you to consciously connect with your body and reach a deep state of relaxation. I begin the energy work by intuitively placing my hands according to your needs. The session lasts around 60 to 65 minutes, during which you can fully relax and allow the healing energy to flow through you.
At the end of the session, I’ll gently bring you back to the present moment. Afterward, we’ll take some time to enjoy a relaxing tea together and discuss your experience during the session, as well as how you can best support yourself after the session.
Reiki Bliss
Cost: 90 € | Duration: 105 minutes | Akashic Records + Reiki | Karlsruhe
A Reiki Bliss session begins with a brief Akashic Records reading. I open your Akashic Records through a prayer, and you can share any questions you have about your life. I then read your records and show you how your astral family perceives and answers your questions, helping you recognize the soul truth within you.
We then move into the Reiki treatment, which helps you energetically integrate the messages. In this soothing energy field, you can experience healing, release old beliefs that no longer serve you, and absorb new energy that will better support you on your personal journey.
At the end of the session, I will gently guide you back to the present moment. Over a cup of tea, we’ll talk about your experience and explore how you can bring the insights and energy from the session into your everyday life.
Distance Reiki Healing
Cost: 45 € | Duration: 60 minutes | Online via Google Meet
My Reiki practice initially began exclusively online. In my experience, remote Reiki sessions are just as energetically effective as sessions in person.
In a distance Reiki session, I will help you relax your body and calm your mind. Then, I begin the energy work, allowing it to reach you where you need it most. The energy work lasts about 45 minutes. An Akashic Records reading can be booked additionally.
At the end of the session, I gently guide you back to the present moment. We’ll take time to share your experience during the session and discuss how you can best support yourself afterward.
What is Reiki
